DeleteIt's awesome that your daycare is bilingual. It's such a good idea to teach kids multiple languages at a young age so they can keep them with them their whole lives. If my son only speaks English, would he be able to be in your program? I'm just wondering if he would be able to understand what is being taught each day. I want him to learn Spanish, but I don't want him to ever be lost in understanding.

I have noticed that many children don't understand the spanish language when they start. As an adult when new things are taught, it takes a while to learn and process. Children absolve like sponges and as soon as they are able to speak that is when you notice all the information that was taught. I like speak the spanish language and repeat it in english, that way they understand. I am very happy to say that every single child that has attended my daycare has graduated or moved on speaking some spanish words and really understanding the spanish language. I hope this helps.
